About this model
This is a Cr-10 frame brace that I designed. I wanted a truss-style brace for the printer, that would help prevent ghosting, and look good. This can be used with the ever popular braces by RebelRousingProps ( or on its own. There are two stl's. The only difference is that one of them is filleted. To my knowledge there are no differences in stiffness, so it is only a small style difference. PRINTING: Print the brace on its side. There should not be any problems, as the steepest angle is a 45. There is a small amount of bridging that must be done, but I didn't have any problems with it. I used PLA as it is very stiff. HARDWARE: All you need are four m4 x 10mm bolts and likewise T nuts. Happy printing!
