I took the excellent model by joe12765 and patched some holes, then got rid of all internal structures and made it into a 2mm shell for reduced weight and printing time. Included sizes for adult and for 9-year-old's head. Reduced from 8 separate pieces to only 2 (the red + silver are one part, but print ran out of filament halfway in), but does require a 300mm x 300mm print bed. Face printed fine without supports, but I used them on the back half. The kid's version has the eyes cut out, but not the adult's. Sorry, no time to go back and do the adult's without eyes right now. You could just scale up the kids version by 15-20%.
