These pliers are available to buy in sets and are used to clamp flexible hoses. I'm using them on the coolant hoses in my car. I didn't see any on Thingiverse, so I made some, which you're welcome to try. You need two of each except the lock. Put the two 'Hose Clamp Pliers' together and position the 'Lock' before securing the 'Centre'. There's a M3x10mm screw and a nyloc nut holding the centre together.
