You need to take the existing flap out of the dehumidifier…it’s quite flexible, so a bit of bending towards the front lets the side pins release from the main body and it comes out fairly easily. Print the vent the right way up, the fins act as supports for the top. I used PLA at 0.2mm layer height, with no supports. The cut-outs at the bottom of the model are supposed to bridge over the plastic webbing in the dehumidifier outlet, but they are not quite right. A bit of filing towards each outer edge will sort it. Only about 1mm is needed. There is a smaller webbing I hadn’t seen, coming from each side, I was going to file slots in the printed vent for them, but it seems to work ok.
