About this model
Couldn't really find a suitable fan for my daughter so thought I would design one up. Now we have to make a couple for her friends. Printing: Fan sections are 8" long so can fit on a smaller bed printer I have printed it on both a ender 3 V2 and a CR10S Pro V2 with both a 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle. Careful if you are printing a single flap as the small locating pin will get messed up unless you print slowly and allow it to cool. It's fine if you are printing multiple pieces at a time. Prints where done at 35-50mm The regular base will hold 4 flaps plus itself for a 5 flap fan (about 90deg) with a aprox span of 10". I included a larger base section that will hold 8 flaps for an almost 180deg fan. I have included the STEP file for the knob so you can add a monogram etc.
