About this model
Make. Break. Repeat! on Facebook: Updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! The BloqChain is my answer to the 3D printed chain link quest. I did a fair amount of research on this subject as I needed a sturdy chain to hang my (upcoming) PowerBloq thing from the workshop ceiling. None of the chains I found were able to deliver my three asks: - Two parts for easy assembly - Sturdy at 0% infill - No weakness introduced due to FDM printing The resulting chain is already pretty sturdy at 0% infill with 2 perimeters, top and bottom layers printed at 0.25 mm layer height. Printed at 10% infill, 3 perimeters, top and bottom layers I could not break the chain. Mission accomplished, BloqChain is a success.
