About this model
Still VERY VERY much a work in progress I uploaded only so you can bring your ideas to the project, The idea is to use heavy fishing line as belts and use pulley's system to help double the strength of weak of the cd-rom motors. I have created a grope for us to communicate and calibrate Rods I used are 7mm aluminum bar stock, which is easily found in any metal supplier shop, the threaded rods are 3/16 inch. the build plate should be a 1/8 acrylic sheet and the idea was to use double side tape to stick to the printed bearings and Y carriage block which I have not designed yet. also the X carriage will be a two part so it could easily be swapped for a pen or a laser or a small drill with servo.
