About this model

Firebay Peanut Fanduct features 2 x 40mm fans. Lower fan is for cooling the hot end heatsink, and it acts as fanduct attachment as well as 30mm 40mm adapter. Upper fan is for layer cooling. Design philosophy of this fan is to spread out air more evenly than many fang-style fans, also creating more turbulent airflow (which cools better) to the surface. Personally I would go with 40x40x20 mm fan on the upper fan, but you can adapt to your needs. The fanduct was originally made for NF TC-01 dual-in single-out hot end, but it also seems to fit for example Tarantula stock hot end with the provided 2mm, 3mm or 4mm spacer (as the X-carriage bracket protrudes beyond the heat sink of hot end, depending of the carriage model) behind the duct.
