About this model
Hello! Thank you for taking a look at my 'thing'. I looked around for an ammo box for .22LR rounds, and even though there are great designs out there, I couldn't find one that I was truly happy with. One of the best designs I was able to find was one from EvolvingExtrusions ( - I really liked the general idea and the looks, but I wanted to pack it in a box as small as possible. I also wanted a system that would allow me to easily draw 10rds at a time. Something that'd lock, easily stack, and lightweight. So I gave it a shot with Fusion 360 - I really like the hex approach. I measured everything carefully to find the best compromise between sturdiness, usability and size. After 9 other prototypes I landed with this design.
