A compact, 3D-printable twin-jet windshield washer nozzle for Jeep Wrangler TJ hoods using Mopar / Chrysler part number 55154938. Parts catalogs list that number for 1997-2002 Wrangler TJ models. Check your hood before printing. This is for earlier Jeep TJs. Mine is a 1998, with the part number being discontinued and not available for purchase anywhere. Someone stole my nozzles so here we are. The visible body is a shallow 25 x 12 mm wedge, with two pointed water passages exiting on its windshield-facing surface. Jet elevation is 35 degrees in the longitudinal plane, with 12 degrees of lateral splay to each side. The inlet has a reinforced 4.2 mm hose stem with 5.0 mm barb ridges.
