This is a Nail Knot Tool for tying Nail Knots use for joining lines together. Commonly used in fly fishing but it can be used for tying on flies, hooks, or lures also. I printed it with .10 layers to assure it came out nice and smooth and the ring was dropped in mid print. 3-4-18 = Nail_Knot_Tool_2.STL has slightly longer tips (per request)
