About this model

Placed under ring looks better Placed over the ring makes it easier to lift up and pour water in the jar Humidity plates to reduce evaporation (see pictures) 2 sizes W/ FreeCAD files My Venus Flytraps did poorly in a terrarium and dried out to quickly outside it. This has been the perfect solution, they have been thriving. Flytraps require nutrient free soil and distilled water so I have no problems with algae. You may want to paint/cover jar if you have problems with algae. Mask off a vertical stripe so you can see water level. Could be used with a larger wide mouth jar if string/rope/something was used to wick the water from the bottom.
