About this model
I like the BBS style wheel but i have reduced the overall diameter by about 5mm to give more clearance from my gantry and stepper motor. (i like using the full bed for large prints) I have also increased the spline diameter by 0.5% This still gives a nice firm fit and can be pressed in firmly by hand. (just clean your spline first if you have any over extrusion)
