About this model

Safe storage for 10 in table saw blades. Each blade sits in a tray that slides into grooves in the box. For each tray, print 4 of the blade tray parts, click together and use CA glue on the seams. To add a label tab (rip, general, square tooth, etc.) print 3 of the tray parts and a right or left blade tray part with tab. Alternate right and left tabs for each tray so they are easy to read from above. Included is a diagram of the box, with dimensions; assemble from 1/2 in (12mm) plywood. Add a front door and hinges. The handle gets a 3/4 in (19mm) dowel, glued into the handle swing arms. Also included are parts to make a latch. To assemble the latch, screw a small wood screw into the end of the pin.
