About this model

The KNOL Labs Filter Exhaust Bulkhead is a printable air outlet for hard-sided enclosures, sized for 4" flexible ducting. Though it's designed to be a perfect fit when installed with a 4 inch hole saw, the Filter Exhaust Bulkhead includes wide flanges to cover a less than perfect hole if you don't have a hole saw. The files include versions with and without a cord pass-through, for flexible cord routing, and cord hole covers for 1mm and 2mm wide flat cables. Designed to work with the: - Hanging Carbon Filter ( - Passive Air Inlet ( Recommended Components: - 4 inch Hole Saw: - Hose Clamps: - Ducting: Recommended Print Instructions: - Print in the orientations pictured - The only part that should need support is the Outlet with Cable Passthrough // KLA-HO-00002-R1 - 21SEP2026
