About this model

This jig is based off rocklobsters design with a few modifications. I designed it from scratch in Fusion 360 with a few tweaks to rocklobsters design to get the vice working without the arm falling out when winding it back and to also support the Kreg R3. I also added in metric and imperial measurements as a guide for your R3 that match up with the ones that mount on the side of the device. Parts list: 3x M10 nuts 1x 120mm M10 threaded rod 2x Washers 1x M3x25 or 30 mm screw 1x M3 Washer 1x M3 Wingnut or if you use the locknut method 1x M4x25 or 30 mm screw 1x M4 Washer 1x M4 Wingnut 1x M4 Nylock Aluminium for the vice face and to mount the jig too ( not shown in my pictures as i'm waiting on it to arrive ) To get the vice to work you will need to create a notch at one end of the rod as sho…
