About this model
Build this Frame for my DIY Banggood Laser. The Original Frame with the Sliders are only for slow movements and its also very inaccurate. With the rods and Bearings its possible to engrave/cut much faster with much better results. The Stepper Motors are now fixed on the Frame, not on the Moving Parts (less weight on parts which moves) Used some LM8uu Bearings and 8mm rods, which are laying around. Easy scaling of the X and Y lenght. Only your Rods deciding the Build Volume The whole System can mount on AluExtrusions or on a Woodplate. To build these you need: some M3 screws, 3x M4 screws (for the pulleys) and 8x M5 screws (for the 4 corners), also some M3/M4/M5 Nuts 4x Lm8uu ballbearings for the Y Axis, 2x lm8luu for the X Axis (Laser Carrier), 4x 8mm rods (in my case for the A3 Laser engr…
