About this model
"Enemy Fish in the Water ... Release Countermeasures!" This is recreation of a Novelty Submarine Fishing Lure I came up with about 20 years ago. This is still currently in the testing phase so I'm marking this one as "A work in progress" until I fully test it. I've included a printed lip but I used a lip cut from a piece of .093 Plexiglass. I used #10 Treble Hooks and #2 Split Rings on these. Assembles just like my Crankbait Fishing Lure. 9-17-16 UPDATED - After testing the lure it was a little top heavy with the conning tower so I had to add a void to the bottom of the lure so some weight could be added to the bottom to help it float upright. (I used a trimmed down 4D 1 1/2" Finish Nail as the counter weight.) I still have to reprint it and retest it so it's still a work in progress. ____…
