Although it never actually appeared in an episode of Doctor Who, the more attentive viewer may have picked up on the odd allusion to the existence of Dalek Buddha, worked into the script of other episodes, over the years. According to Doctor Who canon the Dalek Buddha prototype was destroyed by the first Daleks, shortly after their activation.
