Used around the galaxy - initially for piloting spacecraft but eventually repurposed for a variety of uses - the RX-series of droids were versatile and long-lived. Famously used by Star Tours to pilot their StarSpeeder 3000 series transport craft, these droids cropped up in the oddest corners of the galaxy when sold off for surplus or “lost” by other means. ----- This model has been sitting around for quite a while waiting to publish - not sure why, to be honest.
