Drill jig for hidden barrel hinges (SOSS BH124 and equivalents), for two panels that meet edge to edge and sit flush when closed — a flush inset door, a lid, a bi-fold. Getting the two holes to line up with each other is the hard part of these hinges. Half a millimetre out and the door sits crooked. This jig sidesteps the problem entirely. Stack the two panels face to face with their hinge edges flush, drop the saddle over the stacked edge, and drill both holes through one guide.
