About this model

The crush box on the rear bumper of my MGTF was damaged by corrosion and required reinforcement. This over-engineered component simply allows the existing bracket to be refurbished and reused. It adds no structural strength to the metal crush box and only provides something for the plastic bumper to attach to. It's printed in Eryone PETG with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.28mm layer height with 25% cubic infill. You'll note the vanes around each hole. They are intended to manipulate the slicer to increase the material around each hole to strengthen it without messing with slicer settings.
