About this model

Two-part TPU bumper for the Pidzoom HW178P Tested on one HW178P in TPU, 15 % infill, with M3 screws and nuts (halves printed with the outer face down, no supports). Tested at squeeze = 0.6, which left a ~2 mm gap between the halves. The default is now squeeze = 0; going down to -1 should close the gap, but I haven’t printed those values yet, so adjust slightly if needed. Set screw_len to the M3 screw length you have (e.g. 40 or 45). The head recess depth is calculated from it, and the script will stop with an error if the screw is too long for the current squeeze. Use socket-head screws with a hex key.
