Manual Heating Valve Controller — M30 / M28 A manually adjustable controller for suitable pin-operated valves on underfloor-heating manifolds. The printed adapter stays fixed on the valve while the handwheel turns an M6 metal screw through a captive nut. Two external M6 nuts are tightened together as lock nuts to create an adjustable closing stop. Features • M30 × 1.5 connection, with an M28 × 1.5 alternative included. • Two printed assembly parts: valve adapter and handwheel. • M6 screw adjustment: 1 mm per revolution or 0.25 mm per quarter turn. • 20 mm total screw-position adjustment. • Adjustable closing stop using two ordinary M6 nuts. • Separate thread-fit gauges to check the connection before printing the full adapter. • STL files, editable STEP models, dimensioned English drawings …
