About this model

This is the final version of my pill dispenser. It was created because the pill container is not user friendly - the opening is too small to get single pills out with a finger and if you flip it, you have the whole stuff in your palm. But I only want just one! So I tried how to solve that problem. Have a look on the last picture, it shows the long way... Designed for small pills in the dimension of about 5,6x14,5mm - I never tried to fit other pills by scaling up. All parts are 3D printed, except the spring that moves the plunger backwards, that was taken from an old ballpen. Print the parts in PLA, 0,2mm layer hight, 0,4mm nozzle (or better), 15% infill. For the screws use higher infill,and for a better fit,I scaled them down for about 2% inX + Y direction. Assembly as shown in the pictur…
