About this model

This is my quick and dirty take on the cell phone portals that have become more widely prevalent of late - the base altar design was influenced by a cool version I saw on DM Scotty's FB group. I printed this really fast @ .3mm layer heights and the chains printed poorly, but a few dabs of super glue for strength fixed the problem. I have printed other smaller chains at more extreme angles before, so these should print ok at a more reasonable layer height/speed. I designed to fit the dimensions of my Google Nexus 5x which is a decent sized phone (147x8x73mm) and the hole has lots of tolerance for fit so it should accept some larger phones. I am in the process of painting but will upload painted pics + some example portal videos in the future
