About this model

I designed this system to keep my hard drives neatly organised while making efficient use of an IKEA KALLAX or EXPEDIT shelf cube. An IKEA KALLAX insert with 1 shelf (article no. 204.237.20) is required. To fully equip both compartments, print 16 “slider” parts and secure them with short wood screws. The complete setup holds 28 3.5-inch hard drives. The matching hard drive boxes were designed specifically for this frame. Use the long pull tab for the rear box to make it easier to reach, and the short pull tab for the front box. Each hard drive box requires four M3 × 30 mm countersunk screws and four matching nuts for assembly.
