About this model
I intend to print this out in very high resolution and found the original mesh was a little jagged in places, especially the teeth and eye sockets (original vs new mesh in thumbnails..). I increased the subdivision on it from about 260,000 poly's to 3,000,000 polys, sculpted some details back in, smoothed as much as I could without going blind, flattened it and centered it, scaled it to 10cm height then cut it back from 388mb to about 30mb, which sliced in no time at all. After reading some of the comments from people that have printed them before, and seeing it can be done without supports. I did a couple of test prints and added supports where needed, the chin will stay stuck, there is supports for under the back of the skull and most importantly the cheeks which really needed it.
