About this model
This is the blaster that princess Leia used in a new hope. Its not particularly big, as it was chosen for carrie fisher as not to look too bulky in her small hands. I modeled this in Sketchup, and well I did the best I could with the grip but may need to come back and remodel some parts. I thought it turned out well, though I highly recommend printing the grip in the current orientation or you will loose the detail. I have been asked by people who do not have printers if I will print a copy for them, the answer is yes I will: If you want the original sketchup file please contact me directely as I am happy to share it.
