About this model
Well... I spent way too much time on this but I am sure glad I finally got something that works! This 608 bearing is hard to print but you will probably learn some new cool slicer settings along the way. I sure did. Here are some Cura settings that worked for me with PLA and a 0.4 mm nozzle: Layer Height: 0.2 mm Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion: -0.06 mm Infill Density: 0% Print Speed: 20 mm/s Initial Layer Speed: 5 mm/s Build Plate Adhesion Type: Brim Brim Only on Outside Model is the standard 608 bearing dimensions: ID = 8 mm, OD = 22 mm, W = 7 mm. But I had to scale X and Y axes to 103-104% to get the inner hole right. Here is one spool holder you can use this bearing with:
