About this model
This is my punt at creating a high quality cobblestone textured rolling pin for making larger areas or roads for your scenic (28mm) terrain. The image is of my test-print (cut down using meshmixer). The actual model is 6 inches wide. One turn should theoretically give you a 6"x6" textured area. It is based on a seamless (in both x & y directions) texture, so if you line it up correctly (put a mark on the side of the roller) it should produce a seamless pattern on your surface. If you don't have a suitable paint roller handle, try using a screwdriver for the axis. For foam you need quite high pressure to get a good pattern. Another standard medium is a mix of air-dry polymer clay & PVA glue on card or MDF. I print at 0.1mm to get best texture results, but your call! Good luck and show off y…
