About this model
Useful for small wooden chests and boxes. No assembly required, prints in one piece due to built-in supports. The eight small supports (four at the front, two at the sides and two underneath) break off easily without using tools. This lock prints beautifully using 0.2mm layer height. The overall size is 27 x 28 mm including feet. To ensure proper installation, first snap the two parts together and then use four small wood screws with 4-5mm heads to mount the lock to the chest or wooden box. To open, press the side buttons slightly together and lift the lid using the very same grip. It’s actually quite fun to watch how the printer makes the two internal plastic springs, hooks and side buttons from 2 mm height and upwards. Enjoy!
