I split the original high resolution scanned model vertically into 3 pieces so that it would fit within my printer's build height of 21cm. About this model
I split the original high resolution scanned model vertically into 3 pieces so that it would fit within my printer's build height of 21cm. Each division has four pins for alignment, and the pieces can be glued together to form the final container. I used supports for the chin (bottom piece) nose (middle piece) and under the dome of the top piece. You might be able to skip supports for the middle piece if you print it upside down. This fits a medium-sized box of tissues, though with quite a bit of pressure on the nubs.
