SCALE UP MODELS 10x to get correct size Ill fix that when I get a chance. Was gonna buy an OTF knife for the fidget factor and decided i could get it from a plastic one haha. Designed this myself because i didn't wanna bother looking for springs and I figured just about any common rubber band would work making it easier for anyone else to make it. For some odd reason my machine was giving me grief with some of the tolerances in this design making some areas tighter than others even though in the actual cad file the tolerances should be the same. Anyhow, just make sure the blade slides absolutely free and "Clicks" into place at each end. Sand areas on the blade carefully just enough so that everything is free and locks properly. i recommend 4 walls and 50% infill on the slider so the rubber…
