This is the Berlin Egyptian Museum and Papyrus Collection's full-color, 6.4 million-triangle 3D scan of the Bust of Nefertiti. I was able to obtain this data after a three-year freedom of information effort directed at the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, which oversees Berlin State Museums.
