About this model
There are multiple to build in an easy way to remove excess water from the drainage layer of a bioactive terrarium. Most require the use of silicone, or cutting the glass of your terrarium. When I built my first terrarium I opted not to any of these instead trying to just not overwater. Inevitably that backfired, and I needed a solution that wouldn't require me to disassemble my entire terrarium. This item is the solution I came up with, and it turned out well enough that I decided to use it in my next terrarium as well. The drainpipe fits flush in the corner of a terrarium, and is designed to accommodate a 3/8in Auto-Siphon.
