Penspinning was cool to play your fingers with befor those fidget spinners took over. You should glue a fitting hexagonal M3 x 45 (propably shorten to 44mm) screw into both "mid" end and fitting nuts into the "tops" to attach all parts steady together. Also you should experiment with the infill/weight of the gripps to get your preferred handiness!
