It's a ball with a flat side, nothing much to discuss. Print it on the flat side and you shouldn't have to use supports or raft. I noticed that it comes out quite smooth if you randomize the Z seam. I recommend printing it at 3000mm/min or slower You can print it anywhere from 0% to 100%, it will effect the speed of the shot.
