You can use wood or acrylic, adjust the thickness of your materials before cutting I made mine 10mm. Depends on your materials you can just glue it or use nails or self tapping screws. The swing nut and bolt is 10mm wide, don't forget to adjust it as well if you have different size. You can add a small lock on the side or at top. Adjust it however you like tbh, i just made it pretty basic so you can add your own
