*EDIT: The original adjustable Frontgrip has some visibility issues when using Quest 3 Controller. I´ve made an optimized Version to fix that (LongGrip_Q3_V3.stl) for plain controller use and a short version for the use with VR-Cover Grips (ShortGrip_VRcover_Q3.stl). Dont forget to use a thin rubberfoam inside the cups to avoid scratches and ensure an optimal fit. Files titled Q3_VRC_Hybrid are based on a new 3D scan of controller + grip. They snug fit to the controller equipped with grips like these: or the AMVR touch grips you find on Amazon.
