2018-09-29: I have uploaded 2 more clips, one at 95% and one at 97% of the width of the original. For my printer I'm finding the 97% is a good amount of "tightness" for holding the lid closed, and having it easy enough to open. I would suggest you test with your printer once you have done a complete print, and see how each size works for you (it's a tiny amount of plastic with just the clip, so an easy test :) 2018-09-21: Having socket and a separate clip appears to be working (see attached STL's). Having the clip print flat rather than vertical is making it a lot stronger as the main stress on the join is not across the short edge of the clip (if that makes sense).
