About this model
I designed this little boat for driving around the pond near my office. It had to be small, relatively fool-proof, and have an extremely low draft to allow for the occasional collision with lily pads. The result is a boat designed entirely around one of those cheap pump-jet modules available on Amazon (See link below). I printed the hull solid, and it is a bit too heavy to come up on a plane with the given motor/battery arrangement. I presume I'll either re-print the hull or upgrade the motor someday, but until then... it's still quite a nimble and fun little watercraft. UPDATE: I have added a thinner hull, which is more difficult to print but is far quicker on the water. I recommend also printing the cabin as thin as possible.
