New 3D printed ukulele design IS HERE: Silent Acoustic-Electric Ukulele December 24, 2021: Uploaded the S-Wave MOD1-1 files. * I printed most of the parts at .3mm layer height using carbon fiber PLA filament. * Lower Keel is designed to use Jiayouy UK-2000 2-Band EQ Equalizer Ukulele Piezo Pickup Preamp Tuner System - it was the first one I purchased based on availability and price. * Saddle is a 10mm x 2mm x 42 mm carbon fiber rod - you could also 3d print a similar rod * Use M5 bolts of various lengths (longer ~20 mm for neck, shorter ~7 mm for the body) * M3 bolts for attaching the fretboard to the neck (I don't glue the fretboard in case I want to change it later) * I print the wave and dolphin logos/insets in a contrasting color filament, often the same color as the frets * A filament…
