The Convex (Outside) Corner Radius Measuring Tool is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by Nother_Ngineer. I created this tool for measuring the radius of convex corners of real-world objects, mainly for coding 3D models. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
I created this tool for measuring the radius of convex corners of real-world objects, mainly for coding 3D models. (Subsequently I found that several others have designed similar tools of various names such as "fillet gauge", "radius gauge", etc, so pick your favorite. :-) I've attached STL files for a few different versions. You'll probably need to rotate the longer ones to fit on the printer bed. You can scale along the Z axis to change thickness if desired (I wouldn't recommend scaling the other axes if you want the measurements to be correct. :-) SCAD file included for those who may wish to customize. [12/19/21: Updated all files to correct depth of cutouts for 90-degree corners]
