About this model
These files were designed to fit in Ultimaker (dual extrusion) at 100% scale. Each tile size is 2 x 2cm. I recommend to print "3rd Set : 2 blank tiles" first. It should take about 20min at 0.2mm layer height. When two blank tiles are printed properly, then print 1st & 2nd set which will take about approximately 10hrs at 0.2mm layer height per set. INSTRUCTION- Open one set (two files) in CURA at the same time.- Match the core colors (for my print, I placed white PLA in core1 & blue PLA in core2)- Merge two files into one- Rotate the model 180 degree (flat surface with letters should face down)- Make sure the xyz coordinates at 0,0,0- Save as .gcode 1st Set : 49 Letter Tiles from A-Lletter tiles (A-L)_core1_whiteletter tiles (A-L)_core2_blue 2nd Set : 49 Letter Tiles from L-Zletter tiles …
