Southampton-class 32 gun frigates of the British Navy. A series of 4 ships ordered and built from 1756 to 1759. In service from 1757 through to 1812. HMS Southampton, Minerva, Vestal and Diana For more information see: The ship hull and shape was built as accurately as possible to admiralty plans. The hull under the waterline was then removed and the upper parts were simplified in detail at the bow, thickened in the stern, windows exaggerated, and deck detail exaggerated. All this to be able to print out on an FDM 3d printer at 1:600 and 1:700 and then at smaller scales for Resin printers (1:900, 1:1200) Designed for a range of games including Black Seas, Fighting Sail, Fire as She Bears, Kiss Me Hardy and more.
