About this model
Here is a small but (hopefully) handy collection of fan grilles and deflectors I have used in various places and at various times on my 3D printer and elsewhere. There is nothing particularly special about them except for the "grille1" through "grille5" series . They are designed to mount 80mm fans flush through thick panels by providing extra mounting holes outside the profile of the fans and they hide any rough-cut edges. I have included versions with integral grilles and one for use with a wire grille. I used one of those grilles to sink a fan into the electronics enclosure and another to act as a large exhaust port over the power supply on my FT-5 (see photos).
