About this model
I was looking for the replacement clip for Pioneer car stereo microphone, when i realized i could design and print a clone of the original clip. The biggest problem was find a solution to attach the sphere of the microphone to the clip, because the original attachment, if printed, is too weak, and broke down if the sphere was inserted inside it. Due the attachment solution I found, is needed to print the clip like the image, otherwise the small teeths could be printed deformed and unusable. Please be careful after printeing to NOT screw completetly the nut on clip without the sphere inserted, otherwise it will broke the teeths. Update 08/03/2020: I tried to print in PETG and it has more flexibility so i changed the design in order to copy exactly the original clip. I adjusted the old desig…
