About this model
A Flat Nozzle for a Stihl BGA 57. It might work on different models. I used 4, M3 heat-set inserts and M3 thumbscrews to attach the nozzle. I printed it in Carbon Fiber Nylon for Impact and oil resistance. Use 4, M3 bolts or (thumbscrews for easy removal) with a minimum thread length of 10mm. These look to be the same M3 x 5mm OD x 4mm L Heat Set Inserts I used. Install them with a soldering iron on the inside of the nozzle. STL, STEP, and Fusion 360 files included Please Post photos if you print it.
