increased the STL resolution to 0.005 to increase "roundness" of the shape. Very excellent fit, and after 30min in Aceton vapor bucket it looks and fits even better! Material: Extrudr DuraPro ABS. Also stronger than other ABS types. You need to increase also G-code precision in slicer to benefit from the resolution
